Terms

Online: 
All payments must be made in full before online services are performed. We accept most credit cards and bank transfers. 

Other: 
Payment is made via invoice with a 14-day payment term, unless otherwise agreed. 

Late payments will incur default interest and any applicable reminder fees in accordance with current legislation. 

Mileage reimbursement may apply depending on the scope and location of the assignment. 

Ongoing maintenance is invoiced monthly in arrears, unless otherwise agreed. 

For larger assignments or fixed-price quotes, installment payments or advance payments may be applied by agreement.

When placing an online order, you confirm that you are purchasing a personalized online garden planning service created specifically for your property. As the planning process begins shortly after your order is received, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has commenced. To ensure your complete satisfaction, every online garden plan includes one complimentary revision, allowing you to request adjustments to the original design at no extra cost. 

Cancellations for on-site visits or maintenance services must be made at least 48 hours in advance; late cancellations may incur a fee. If the customer changes agreed-upon work days with less than 48 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the daily rate applies. 

Maintenance packages are subject to a contract, and a fixed recurring time slot is reserved for you. If the contract is terminated early, a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the remaining contract period will be charged, as the time has been reserved exclusively for your recurring maintenance.

As plants are living organisms, we cannot guarantee their long-term health or survival due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, pests, diseases, soil conditions, or inadequate care after the work has been completed.

Any work requested by the customer that falls outside the agreed quote, service package, or contract will be considered additional work and may incur extra costs. 

Whenever possible, additional work and its cost will be discussed with and approved by the customer before the work begins. If immediate action is required to safely complete the agreed service or to prevent damage, we reserve the right to carry out the necessary work and inform the customer as soon as possible. 

Additional work is invoiced at our current hourly rate or at an agreed fixed price.

No mileage fee is charged for services within Ekenäs. For services outside Ekenäs, a mileage fee is charged and added to the invoice (€0.82 incl. VAT). The fee is calculated based on the round-trip distance. Any applicable mileage fee is always communicated prior to the visit. The mileage fee applies to all services unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
