Green Design - GRAND: 6-10 larger pots (height & width ~40cm & bigger)

This digital service is for anyone who wants to create a lift in their interior with carefully selected plants and stylish pot compositions without a home visit. Choose between Petit, Standard or Grand, depending on how many pots or areas you want to style. Services are suitable for homes, offices or public spaces that are looking for help with green plants for smaller spaces.

STEP 1: Order
The customer selects the product on the website 
Payment directly via online store

STEP 2: Information collection
Ett Löv sends a questionnaire by e-mail where the customer fills in, among other things:

• Pictures of the room/space (from different angles, both close-ups and overviews).
• If available: pictures and measurements of existing pots (height, circumference) and description (underwatering, waterproof, clay).
• Wishes for new pots (number, size, shape, color).
• A simple sketch with measurements (can be drawn by hand and photographed).
• Description of lighting conditions (a lot of light, light, dark, no light.).
• Description of other factors that affect the plants' well-being (drafts, air heat pump, humidity..)
• Wishes about style (e.g. wild/natural, modern, color theme, maintenance level).
• Budget for plant purchases.
• Other requests (suitable for pet-home, allergy-friendly, etc.)

STEP 3: Delivery
Ett Löv delivers the order/plan by email. The plan is delivered by email within  5-7 business days from the time the customer has provided information about the area. 

Each planning service at Ett Löv includes a feedback round as well as minor adjustments to refine the overall look and ensure that the end result feels well thought out and tailored to the customer's needs. Any major changes, replanning or additional revision rounds after the included feedback are charged separately. This helps us keep the process clear and fair for both parties.
